Promising to open up board real estate while shaving down time to market, the company's family of MOSFET power modules applies for employment in battery-operated traction vehicles, single-phase systems operating beyond 300A, and three-phase systems operating beyond 100A. The modules are essentially single three-phase components with ratings from 200A to 600A and voltages of 75V, 100V, and 150V, supporting battery voltages from 24V to 96V. They allow interfacing the U, V, and W phases to make a single half-bridge module for use in single-phase systems or to create three-phase systems operating up to 1.8 kA per phase.
