A new pc-board connector has been designed for use in heating and ventilating control applications such as boilers and boiler controllers and air conditioning systems. Developed in seven sizes from two to eight poles, the CTM1300 connector provides polarized male PCB mounting connectors while the CTH1300 provides the equivalent female parts. The male PCB mounting connector is available with straight or 90° pins. With a pitch of 5.08 mm, the PCB connector is molded from UL94V1 gray polypropylene. Contacts are rated at 4A for 250V operation. Contact resistance is less than or equal to 10 mΩ and cable size is 0.5 mm to 1 mm. Dimensions of the male PCB connector are 13 mm x 4.7 mm, and lengths range from 15.1 mm to 45.6 mm depending on number of poles. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +105°C.
