Tooled for low-height blade servers, the WV3HG128M72AER-AD6 1GB DDR2 SDRAM in a JEDEC-standard DDR2 DIMM measures just 18.29 mm in height. Standard DDR2 modules are said to be available with a board height of approximately 29.97 mm. The registered DIMM consists of a 128M x 72 DDR2 SDRAM memory module based on 1GB DDR SDRAM components. The module includes eighteen 128 Mx4-bit devices configured as four banks of memory. The devices are housed in FBGA packages on a 240-pin FR4 substrate. The memory is available with data rates of PC2-3200 and PC2-4300. Price is $325.00 each/1,000 with a lead-time of four to six weeks.
