Signing on as the industry’s smallest, the NLAS series lead-free, low-voltage analog switches consume between 1.2 mm2 and 4.7 mm2 of board space in Thin QFN and Thin DFN packages. The NLAS3799MNR2G dual DPDT switch specifies a total harmonic distortion of 0.11% and an on resistance of 0.35Ω. Operating with a 1.8V input, the device measures 2.6 mm x 1.8 mm x 0.75 mm. The NLAS5223MNR2G dual SPDT switch achieves a total harmonic distortion of 0.12% and an on resistance of 0.35Ω. Also operating with a 1.8 V input swing, the part comes in a 10-lead, Thin QFN measuring 1.4 mm x 1.8 mm x 0.75 mm. In a 6-lead Thin DFN package measuring 1.2 mm x 1 mm x 0.75mm, the NLAS5123MNR2G single SPDT analog switch exhibits a 0.012% total harmonic distortion and features break before make capability. Prices for the NLAS3799MNR2G, NLAS3799MNR2G, and NLAS5123MNR2G are $0.97, $0.67, and $0.56 each/10,000, respectively. ON SEMICONDUCTOR, Phoenix, AZ. (800) 282-9855.
