The CA-QFN48A-L-Z-T-01 adapters allow probing of 48-pin QFNs with logic analyzers such as the Agilent 167xx or Tektronix TLA7xx series. The probing adapters are compatible with 7 mm x 7mm, 0.5-mm pitch QFN packages. Their surface-mount feet are soldered to the same pads used for the IC via standard soldering methods. The compatible socket-adapter foot is available separately, allowing several boards to be tested by moving the probing adapter between PCBs. Both the probe board and adapter have gold-plated pins, and the male-to-male adapter is also gold plated. Connection from the probe board is via 0.65-mm-square header posts on a 2.54-mm pitch.
