TI’s DSP Platform Drives Converged Multimedia Services

Forged for converged multimedia services over both fixed and mobile avenues, the TMS320TNETV3020 platform incorporates a 6-core DSP delivering over 3 GHz of processing performance and supports over 504 channels of G.711 or 204 channels of AMR. It pairs with optimized software that includes the company's PIQUA technology and enables fixed mobile convergence. Reportedly, the platform provides existing voice-processing support, with video capabilities on board to meet future demands.
