For applications with limited board space, the MHP20S Series TO-126 resistor features a thermal resistance of 5.9°C and a power rating up to 20W. Incorporating a non-inductive, thermal-resistant design, the devices have resistance values that range from 0.01Ω to 220Ω and a dielectric-withstand voltage of 2 kVdc. Other specifications include absolute tolerances to ±1% and ±5%, absolute TCRs to ±50 ppm/°C, and an operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C. Components outside these specs are available upon request. Pricing is $0.52 each/500. IRC INC., Corpus Christi, TX. (361) 992-7900.
