Pumped for mobile, high-vibration, and extreme-temperature applications, the CPU-1472 and CPU-1474 PC/104+ single-board computers (SBCs) exploit low-power, 1-GHz Celeron processors and i855GME chipsets. The SBCs operate without any active cooling over standard 0°C to +60°C and extended -40°C to +85°C temperature ranges. Hard-soldered DRAM further enhances shock/vibration resistance. The CPU-1474 features Gigabit and Fast Ethernet controllers plus four USB 2.0 ports, dual serial ports, TFT/LVDS interfaces, an AC97 audio interface, keyboard and mouse ports, and an IDE controller. Otherwise similar, the CPU-1472 provides eight USB 2.0 ports and a single 10/100 Ethernet controller. Both boards are compatible with Linux, Windows XPe, and other popular operating systems.
