Chiseled for mobile phone and other portable handsets, the EMF110x family of EMI filter arrays with on-board ESD protection is available in various TDFN and uDFN package options and in four-, six-, and eight-channel filter arrays. Exhibiting S21 characteristics with a parasitic inductance of 10 pH, the devices are capable of attenuating unwanted signals over the RF band between 800 MHz and 2.9 GHz. Additionally, they provide ESD protection up to ±15 kV contact discharge per IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 specifications. Other features include an application-specific cut-off frequency from 105 MHz to 210 MHz and optimization for LCDs and camera interfaces.
