FPGA Board Eases Development Chores
The DS5203 FPGA board is freely programmable and deployable directly at the I/O interface. It is suitable for the development of closed-loop controls based on in-cylinder pressure, the analysis of knock signals, and the management of highly dynamic effects on power stages. Notably, the board supports a programmable Xilinx Virtex-5 SX95 FPGA that interfaces directly to the I/O so the entire converter bandwidth exhibits minimum latencies, allowing for the implementation of very fast control loops. For further information and price, call DSPACE Inc., Wixom, MI. (248) 295-4700.
