RF Transformers And Filters Support CATV DOCSIS 3.0 Apps
The company’s latest CATV RF transformers and RF diplex filters meet Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) 3.0 design requirements for applications such as set-top boxes, cable modems, and gateways. The components support frequency bands 5-65/85-1002 MHz, 5-42/54-1002 MHz, and 5-85/108-1002 MHz. Initial offerings consist of two RF balun transformers: a transmission line transformer (CX2240NL) and a flux coupled transformer (CX2244NL). Also on board is a small-package, surface-mount RF diplex filter (C6164NL). Pricing for the family of RF transformers ranges from $0.10 to $0.30 each and the RF diplex filter costs $1.50.
