Single-Slot VME Graphics Board Seeks Demanding Military Apps

Jan. 7, 2010
Single-Slot VME Graphics Board employs a Core 2 Duo processor and an NVIDIA G72 or G73 GPU
Combining a Core 2 Duo processor and an NVIDIA G72 or G73 GPU on a single-slot VME board, the SE 2 easily handles demanding graphics-intensive applications in harsh environments. Standard features include up to 8 GB of DDR2 SDRAM, four serial ports, six USB 2.0 ports, and PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports. The SE2 is optionally available with a x4 PCI Express interface, which replaces the 10-Gb Ethernet interface, a SATA disk drive, and a single-channel redundant MIL-STF-1553 interface. Additionally, five levels of ruggedization from benign to conduction-cooled are available. OS support includes VxWorks 6.6, Windows XP/Vista, and Linux.
