The SmartPulse reference design and development kits enable rapid development of remotely managed home automation systems, enabling SmartPulse and other DECT ULE home automation wireless sensor/actuator products to connect to the web for remote management.

The SmartPulse reference design and development kits enable rapid development of remotely managed home automation systems, enabling SmartPulse and other DECT ULE home automation wireless sensor/actuator products to connect to the web for remote management. The reference design integrates a SmartPulse SC14CVMDECT wireless base station device and a SC14452 VoIP application host processor with 32 Mb of flash memory, 16 MB of SDRAM, an Ethernet PHY, and an Ethernet transformer. Measuring 60 mm x100 mm, the reference board is supported by the company’s Rhea µClinux software development environment, which includes web servers, TCP/IP stack and an SSH server.
