LCR Tester Provides Wide Frequency Range

Sept. 1, 2000

The 3532 LCR HiTESTER allows the operating characteristics of samples to be measured over a wide frequency range of from 42 Hz to 5 MHz. The instrument monitors parameters with a basic accuracy of 0.08% while varying the test frequency and signal level. It also provides derived values for a total of 14 parameters. Voltage and current measurements range from 10 mV to 5 Vrms and 10 µA to 100 mArms at frequencies from 42 Hz to 1 MHz. Other features include the ability to measure of 14 different parameters, a minimum measurement time of 20 ms when displaying impedance, and a capability of saving up to 30 different setups in memory.
