Using Scenix Semiconductor’s recommended parallel programming algorithm, the PGM2000 stand-alone gang programmer reliably programs eight SX parts in just 20 seconds. The program cycle includes blank check, program and verification at two voltages. The gang programmer offers a secured, reliable, quick and affordable solution to medium to high-volume chip programming, Its modular design allows it to support a wide variety of devices by changing programming adapters for different package types and device groups. The unit consists of a MCU and different 8-gang programming adapters used for stand-alone programming. The MCU has a 2 x 16 LCD display that shows all programming functions and results. The device connects to the PC via the parallel port for all on-line operations.
