Targeting higher bandwidth applications and data rates greater than 13 Gb/s, the CMM3030-BD wideband GaAs driver amplifier operates from 30 kHz to 30 GHz with a linear 10-dB gain response. Typical output voltage is 7.5 Vp-p with a power

Targeting higher bandwidth applications and data rates greater than 13 Gb/s, the CMM3030-BD wideband GaAs driver amplifier operates from 30 kHz to 30 GHz with a linear 10-dB gain response. Typical output voltage is 7.5 Vp-p with a power gain of 23 dBm. The device's bit rate can be as high as 13 Gb/s and the bias voltage can be adjusted to reduce the output as needed. Available in gel-pak cases, volume pricing is $220 each.
