Unveiling a breakthrough in electrochemical cell sensor technology, the TS Series gas detectors provide protection against the hazards of hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S). Operating in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C, their electrochemical cells employ a precision laser weld design that prevents separation and leaking. The series includes two models, both of which sense H2S over a range from 0 ppm to 100 ppm. The TS4000 features a remote mounting distance up to 2,000', dual redundant MODBUS communications, 8A relays, a three-digit display, 4 mA to 20 mA output, and indication of remaining sensor life. In addition to one-person calibration, the component can self-calibrate by activating a magnetic switch and applying gas. For space-critical applications, the TS400 measures 1.75" x 4.5" and weighs 8 oz. Eliminating the need for an output-loop supply, it is a two-wire, loop-powered detector in a chemically resistant plastic housing. A built-in LCD provides local status, faults, and calibration cues.
