Specified with a typical capacitance of just 0.9 pF and designed for RF Tag use, the ZSS1510 RF Schottky barrier diode provides zero-bias operation in signal detection and mixer applications in the gigahertz region. The device provides host circuits with both high sensitivity and low video source impedance. At a frequency of 2.4 GHz, with power input of -20 dBm and load resistance of 100 kiloohms, the diode displays a voltage sensitivity of 1.3 mV/µW while the video source impedance is 500 kiloohms. Under forward current conditions of 10 mA, dynamic resistance is a maximum of 17 ohms.
