The usability and productivity of HP VEE in a low-cost software graphical programming package for engineers and scientists using PC-based test instrumentation is provided by HP VEE Lab with DT VPI 5.0. The package runs under Windows 95/98/NT and is streamlined for data acquisition and lab experimentation.HP VEE Lab is said to produce dramatic reductions in test development time by allowing users to connect functional icons, or objects. Users simply connect objects to create full-featured applications that acquire, analyze, display and share data. The resulting HP VEE Lab program runs just like any other program written in a textual language. The tool can control instruments and take measurements and data from various sources.
