Photo Diodes Deliver Three Wavelengths In Epoxy Package

The BPW-34SM clear 350 to 1100 nm, BPW-34FRSM red 600 to 1100 nm, and BPW-34FSM near infrared 300 to 1100 nm photo diodes come in light transmitting epoxy packages. All three versions contain a PIN photo diode with an active area of 7.1 mm2 and exhibit a maximum dark current of 30 nA at 10V and a capacitance of 15 pF at 10V.
