Applications include home appliances, games and indoor signs. The displays feature a combination of the firm’s LED die and a custom epoxy system. They also incorporate reliable wire bonding. Included in the offering are seven-segment displays with 20-mm character heights and decimal points. Also available are 14.2-mm, two-digit models. All are available as either common anode or common cathode types. The 5 x 7 dot-matrix displays are 17.3-mm units capable of displaying a full range of alphanumeric characters.
