The MVDR high-voltage inductive capacitor is specifically designed for use with CRT displays and video monitors. It also functions for high-voltage power supplies and multiplier circuits.

The small-footprint devices feature a capacitance range of 500 to 1000 pF. Additional ratings are available for custom order. With a capacitance tolerance of ±10% (K), the voltage ranges from 10 to 15 kV. The dissipation factor is less than or equal to 1.0% at 1 kHz and 20°C. Insulation resistance between terminals is greater than 100 × 103 MΩ.

Featuring self-healing properties, the capacitor is equipped with tinned, copper-clad steel axial leads. The MVDR types may be combined in parallel and series assemblies to achieve various capacitances and voltages. Construction features include internal multiseries connection windings with polyester metallized film and epoxy resin impregnation.

Pricing is as low as $0.35 each for bulk quantities.
