With an output power of more than 20W, rise time of less than 0.5 ns, and peak emission wavelength of 870 nm, L7055-04 infrared pulsed diode has a spectral radiation bandwidth of 4 nm and beam spread of 8° along one axis and 32° in the other (FWHM). It operates with a pulsed forward current of 20A and duty ratio of 0.075%. Model L7060-02 offers a spectral bandwidth of typically 4 nm and beam spread is 9° FWHM along one axis and 30° along the other. Output is more than 30W at 870 nm.
