Targeting indoor applications such as audio and video products, consumer electronics, and panel instrumentation, this 20-segment bar graph is available in either lunar white light (see photo) or blue light versions, each providing an easy-to-view display. Further, the bar graphÕs black face make the segments stand out even more in their working environment. The bar graphs are housed in mechanically rugged, 40-pin packages that are end stackable. And since static electricity and surge currents can damage the LEDs, the devices must be electrically grounded. The blue, GaN LED bar graph dissipates 105 mW and requires a dc forward current of 30 mA, peak forward current of 200 mA and reverse voltage of 5V. KINGBRIGHT CORP., City of Industry, CA.
