For cramped mobile phone, PDA, and digital camera designs, the KMMX Series micro USB connectors offer a more compact footprint when compared to the Mini-USB receptacle. Meeting the USB Implementers Forum spec, which supports the USB On-The-Go (OTG) supplement, the components promise users the ease of portable point-to-point connectivity. The series offers a Micro-B receptacle for standard devices and a Micro-AB receptacle for OTG devices. Both surface-mount receptacles feature a stainless steel shell that reliably handles more than 10,000 insertion cycles. KYCON, San Jose, CA. (888) 592-6622.
