The latest voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Crystek offers 3274- to 3280-MHz operation with a control voltage range of 0.3 ~ 4.7 V.

The latest voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Crystek offers 3274- to 3280-MHz operation with a control voltage range of 0.3 ~ 4.7 V. The CVCO55C-3274-3280 maintains typical phase noise of ‒115 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz, and features high linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm. Input voltage measures 8 V, with maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 3 and 0.1 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression reaches ‒12 dBc typical. The VCO comes in 0.5- by 0.5-in. surface-mount packaging. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
