PowerGate has released the single output, 5,000 Watt  RST-5000 series of power supplies with wide range 3-phase AC input and outputs of 24 VDC or 48 DC that are highly trimmable from 20-120% of rated voltage and 20-100% of rated current for extreme flexibility.

The RST-5000 exploits a new generation circuit topology achieving high efficiency up to 91%. Built-in parallel function satisfies higher power demands up to 15,000W (3 units in parallel) output. In addition, RST-5000 series provides two mechanisms for overload protection: "continuous constant current limiting" mode and "constant current limiting with delay shutdown after 5 seconds" mode for severe loads (for example, inductive load, capacitive load, battery charging, and so on.) Other standard functions include remote sense, remote ON/OFF, 12 V/0.1 A auxiliary power, alarm signal, output (both relay contact and open collector) for AC fail, DC OK, fan fail and over temperature protection. International certifications include UL/cUL60950-1, TUV EN60950-1, and the CE Mark with compliance to EN55022 (CISPR22) Class A, EN61000-3-2,-3 emission standards.
