Powerbox has acquired the assets of former Power Technics BV in Etten-Leur, the Netherlands. The assets includes intellectual property and products in laboratory equipment and warehousing. This acquisition will strengthen Powerbox design capabilities for demanding applications.
Based in the Netherlands, Power Technics is the front-runner in the development, design, and production of electronic power supplies for industrial, aviation, shipping, rail, telecommunications, OEM, and medical applications. Driven by technology innovations Power Technics has developed a range of power solutions and platforms for applications requiring high level of quality and reliability.
