Present at Sensors Expo—Proposal Deadline Approaching

Update: Deadline Extended to October 19. Visit this link to submit a proposal.

Sensors Expo & Conference is seeking qualified speakers to deliver presentations at next year's conference, scheduled June 5-6 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. Show organizers are seeking presenters who have conducted original research or who can describe compelling application- or implementation-based case examples. EE-Evaluation Engineering will working with the organizers to develop a test-and-measurement track, and we welcome your proposals.

The organizers note, “All conference presentations will be 45-60 minutes in length. All session proposals must be educational and non-commercial in nature. If you’re a vendor of sensing-related products or services, please do not submit a proposal that promotes your company or its products. Sales pitches and/or product-centric presentations (even if delivered with a customer co-presenter) will not be considered for inclusion in the conference program.

“Speakers will not be compensated for presenting, but will receive complimentary admission to the exhibit hall and conference. Accepted speakers will be required to sign and submit a speaker agreement and provide an electronic copy of their presentation by a specific date so that attendees may access the presentation in advance of the conference.”

We encourage presentations that include an end user as either lead or co-presenter.

Update: The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday October 19. Visit this link to submit a proposal.
