April 15, 2014. OptimalTest today announced that the company has changed its name to Optimal+. The new name reflects an evolution of the company, its solutions, and future product line directions.
OptimalTest has become well-known as a leading supplier of test management solutions for the semiconductor industry, with five of the top five fabless vendors and leading IDMs and OSATs using the company’s solutions to improve product yield, quality, and throughput in their manufacturing operations.
Over the past several years, OptimalTest’s solutions have evolved and are now providing measurable value to customers beyond traditional test operations. The company’s solutions are positively impacting supply-chain visibility and management, product planning, and big-data analytics. This is in addition to the test-management solutions already provided by OptimalTest.
