For use with Tektronix's TLA600/ 700 logic analyzers, the tools support DDR and SDRAM memory architectures and PCI-X, a next generation I/O bus. Features include controlled impedance and matched trace design without active buffering. Pricing is $4,995 for the NEX-DDR and $3,995 for the NEX-PCIX.
