The SDA 11000, a four-channel, DSO-based serial data analyzer (SDA), is now available with an extended bandwidth up to 11 GHz. The instrument delivers sample rates up to 40 Gsamples/s and 100 million points of memory per channel. It is designed to perform measurements on next generation serial data signals including 5 Gb/s PCI Express, 6 Gb/s SATA III, 4.25 Gb/s FibreChannel, and 4.8 GB/s FB-DIMM. Additionally, the analyzer includes a full suite of jitter and eye-pattern analysis tools, which includes the ASDA-J jitter package as a standard part. Price starts at $105,000.
