The AIN RF Loads use aluminum-nitride elements, which eliminates worldwide concerns over BeO use or disposal. The loads have a dc to 3 GHz frequency range with VSWR 1.10:1 at dc to 1 GHz and 1.15:1 at 1 to 3 GHz. The family comes in 2W to 100W packages with BNC, 7/16, N type and TNC male and female connectors.
