A set of measurement software tools and software routines designed specifically for various tests common to nanotechnology researchers comes free of charge. The Nanotech Toolkit assists researchers in making very precise, often complex measurements associated with nanotechnology. It's also compatible with the company's model 4200-SCS semiconductor characterization system. Included in the Toolkit are icons that represent the instrument's routines for testing carbon nanotube-based transistors, bio-components, molecular transistors, molecular wires, nanowires, and nanocells. The Toolkit comes on a CD.
