Designed for use with oscilloscopes to measure ECL and PECL signals, Model 5620 series ECL/PECL terminators are designed to provide proper termination and deliver attenuated and level shifted signals to the scope. Frequency response is flat up to 8 GHz, making the devices well-suited for testing up to 4-Gb logic. The output levels are safe to apply directly to sampling oscilloscopes. Available versions are -3.3V or -5.2V ECL, 5V PECL, 3.3V PECL, and a version for either ECL or PECL. AT THIS SITE: product descriptions.
