The 37X97 is claimed as the microwave industry's first single-unit, self-contained vector network analyzer with frequency coverage to 65 GHz. The unit meets the testing needs of high-frequency systems such as wireless networks, LEO satellite systems and smart transportation systems. The instrument combines a microwave source, test set, and analyzer in one benchtop unit. It can measure four S-parameters at speeds that permit real-time tuning of components in manufacturing. It also offers the complete set of Lightning software features including dynamic link libraries. By using the firm's coaxial V connector, the instrument can perform continuous sweeps from 40 MHz to 65 GHz.
