The latest version of the mpDemon high-speed debugging tool, built on the company's On-Chip Debug Technology (OCDemon), includes application programming interfaces (APIs) and a standard GNU debugger remote protocol. As a result, instant "plug-and-play" is now possible. It concurrently supports multiple CPUs on a single scan chain. Therefore, any and all devices can be debugged. Designed for price-sensitive users, it includes 10BaseT Ethernet, parallel, and serial interfaces and works with existing company APIs. A 32-bit microprocessor increases JTAG throughput. Priced at $1800, the mpDemon is available now.
