Designed for mobile telecomm applications, K-50 coaxial probes are said to offer repeatable performance up to 3 GHz in custom or standard configurations. The precisely controlled physical and electrical characteristics of the probes make them well-suited as port extending accessories for network analyzers and time domain reflectometers. The probes can accommodate a wide range of circuit topologies to alleviate the need for special geometry contact pads on the circuit-under-test.
