Adding to the company's 9500 Oscilloscope Calibration Workstations, the Model 9550 Active Head provides a precision 25-ps pulse to allow scope makers and calibrators to calibrate the latest scopes. The pulse is generated with rise and fall times of 25 ps at the terminals, guaranteeing signal integrity. The Active Head unit is controlled by the company's Model 9500 oscilloscope calibrators.
