The 3273 clamp-on current probe plugs directly into an oscilloscope or other monitoring instrument and allows current measurement and waveform analysis without the need for CT elements, shunt resistors, or other components. The probe provides a bandwidth from dc to 50 MHz with a rise time of 7 ns or less and can continuously withstand currents up to 15 Adc and 15 Aac peak. Other features include an output-voltage rate of 0.1 v/a, an amplitude precision of ±0.5% rdg. ±1 mv, and a noise figure of 2.5 ma or less.
