Designed for use with the Infiniium 54800 series of oscilloscopes, the 1156A, 1157A and 1158A active probes boast of a compact size, promising easier access to hard-to-reach areas. Basic features of the probes include an input impedance of 100 k½, capacitance of 0.8 pF, a flat frequency response across their entire bandwidth, a dynamic range of 5VP-P, and a ±15V offset. The4-GHz probes provide a rise time of 88 ps. And probe accessories include: a resistive signal pin; asolderable-tip, 5-cm resistive signal lead; socket-end, 5- and 10-cm resistive signal leads; a micro clip; a ground-blade assembly; and more. The 1156A, 1157A and 1158A probes are priced at $1,695, $2,645 and $4,195, respectively. For more details, contact AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES INC., Santa Clara, CA. (800) 452-4844, ext. 7590.
