Taking a bow as the industry's first fully compliant serial ATA 1.0 protocol analyzer, the SATracer v1.4 bus and protocol analyzer system automatically detects and records spread spectrum clocked (SSC) signals. For rapid uploading of trace files, the system provides a USB 2.0 port. The system employs interchangeable modules to support other industry-standard protocols. Other features include: intelligent triggering that isolates traffic, errors, or data patterns; hardware filtering that removes non-essential fields from the trace; statistics and traffic summary; collapsible and expandable headers; 512 MB recording capacity; and downloadable trace viewer software.
