Differential Probe Enhances Popular DSOs

Paired with the company's Infiniium 54830-series mixed-signal, digital storage oscilloscopes (DSOs), the InfiniiMax 1130A 1.5 GHz differential probe allows users to make either single-ended or differential measurements from a single probe amplifier. The probe employs exclusive controlled transmission line probe heads. These are said to provide a flat frequency response over the probe's bandwidth and to eliminate the distortion and loading common to probes with in-band resonance. The probe also features resistor tip technology that compensates for the inductance and capacitance associated with the probe tip. Other features include variable span between the signal tips, allowing users to adapt the probes to the design, and a comprehensive line of optional probe heads and accessories.
