Unleashed as an out-of-the-box tool to debug and test circuits consisting of BGA and chip-scale devices, the XJTAG Development System now includes a JTAG chain debugger featuring a range of options that will allow users to immediately find any problems within a JTAG chain. In addition to the chain debugger, the system adds other features such as built-in testing of pull-up and pull-down resistors. Within XJAnalyser, the BSDL file offers better auto-detection and a larger library of reusable JTAG scripts. For further information and pricing, call XJTAG, Cambridge, UK. 44 (0) 1954 213888.
