Designed for R&D, quality control, and lab, maintenance, or production applications, the TorqueMate electronic torque wrench tests and stores the resulting data for ISO, SPC, and QC documentation purposes. The tool is a microprocessor-controlled torque wrench that provides complete monitoring of the fastening and assembly process with full data collection of the measured values. It is viable for torque calibration, joint testing, and auditing or verification of applied torque and a user-friendly interface promises quick and simple setup. Features include a memory capacity that stores more than 2,000 values detailing date, time, torque, angle, and measurement values. Data is downloadable from the wrench, allowing operators to evaluate the torque results in ASCII or binary format.
