Adhering to a wide variety of substrates, i.e., metals, plastics, rubbers, ceramics, and glass, Polymer System EP31, a two part adhesive, features extraordinary adhesion via a lap shear strength exceeding 4,600 psi. Peel strength surpasses 40 pli, tensile modulus is more than 410,000 psi, and flexural strength exceeds 13,000 psi. Other features include a Shore D Hardness greater than 75 and low shrinkage upon cure. It is processed with a three-to-one mix ratio by weight and has a service temperature range of -60ºF to 250ºF.
