Four additions to the DPO/DSA70000D Series oscilloscopes feature real-time sampling rates up to 100 Gsamples/s on two channels and a 33-GHz analog bandwidth on four channels.

Four additions to the DPO/DSA70000D Series oscilloscopes feature real-time sampling rates up to 100 Gsamples/s on two channels and a 33-GHz analog bandwidth on four channels. Models for 25 GHz and 33 GHz bandwidths are said to provide the industry’s highest level of measurement accuracy. The instruments also claim some more benchmarks such as delivering industry-best rise time performance for accurate characterization of sub 20 picosecond rise time signals, the industry’s best input sensitivity at 62.5 mV full scale (6.25mV/div), and the fastest time to answer with quicker access to data. Pricing starts at $202,000. TEKTRONIX INC., Beaverton, OR. (800) 426-2200.
