Anritsu's 400G Dual/100G Quad Channel Expansion MT1040A-020 option provides upgraded functionality in the company's Network Master Pro, enabling it to support simultaneous dual-port 400G Ethernet (400GbE) measurements using two 400G measurement modules. Since data Tx and Rx tests can be performed simultaneously, one can test networks while measuring latency and executing quality tests of 400G equipment with one MT1040A unit.
The portable 400GbE Network Master Pro MT1040A can evaluate the communications quality of various network types at speeds from 10 Mbps to 400 Gbps. Using a configuration of measurement modules, the MT1040A supports simultaneous dual-port 400GbE measurements by using a combination of two 400G modules In addition to supporting 400GbE, the MT1040A also supports 200GbE. Features include an automatic, one-button test function for pass/fail evaluation of multiple test results.
