Engineers developing products equipped with Bluetooth technology can simulate fully coded Bluetooth signals using the ESG series of digital signal generators while adding impairments to the signal to observe designs under real-world conditions. In addition, the powerful analysis capability of the Agilent 89441A vector signal analyzer allows accurate design testing and troubleshooting. The firm has added new 3G formats to these generators. The latest 3GPP for existing W-CDMA format are available for the ESG series of digital signal generators.
