Paired with the company's Infiniium 54830-series mixed-signal, digital storage oscilloscopes (DSOs), the InfiniiMax 1130A 1.5 GHz differential probe allows users to make either single-ended or differential measurements from a single probe amplifier. The probe employs exclusive controlled transmission line probe heads. These are said to provide a flat frequency response over the probe's bandwidth and to eliminate the distortion and loading common to probes with in-band resonance. The probe also features resistor tip technology that compensates for the inductance and capacitance associated with the probe tip.
